Goal To carry out China's SME Promotion Law, set up
a platform of display, trade, communication and
cooperation for domestic and overseas SME,spush
forward exchanges and cooperation among SMEs from
China and other countries (regions), and promote
SMEs to develop healthily.

Principle It's a non-profit fair combining the

Senior Forum on SMEs. Government senior officials, noted experts and scholars,
and representatives from chambers of commerce and industry associations are invited
to the forum, for exchanges of opinions on the government's policies and measures
for supporting SMEs. They will shareinformation and enhance mutual understanding and
cooperation through the forum.

Project Promotion for SMEs To organize promotions for SMEs with intentionto trade,
invest and achieve economic and technological cooperation through promotions and
exchanging visits. The aim of the promotion is to successfully match project partners.

Financing Conference for SMEs. To invite financial institutes forhigh-level
discussions, providing access for SMEs to financial information and more financing
channels.

Purchasing Introduction for SMEs. To invite large purchasing companies at home
and abroad, purchasing organizations of the United Nations for the introduction to
their requirements, methods, and procedures of procurement,so as toprovide business
opportunities and cooperation channels for SMEs.

Special Training for SMEs To organize training courses and lectures on national
industry policies, the macroeconomic situation, import and export policies, and the
quality and environmental protection standards of products.

Informatization Forum on SMEs To invite related government bodies,coproate
informatization operators and experts on informatiation for lecture giving and
exchanges of ideas on SME informatization.

Pavilion of ASEM SME Cooperation and Communication to be set up
"Drive the Future with Innovation, Promote Development through Cooperation."The
pavilion will show SMEs' image of "infinite vigor and common prosperity", and the
products of cooperation and communication among ASEM members. Theirachievements in
the 5th CISMEF will be presented on the 7th ASEM in 2008,Beijing.

Scale With a space of 120,000 square meters, the fair is composed of 9 exhibition
sections and some special sections,namely, Textile and Garments, Footwear and Hats/Caps
and Bags/Cases,Toys and Crafts, Foodstuff and Medicine, Household Electric Appliances,
Electronic Information,Machinery & Equipment, Furniture and Lamp/Light-fixture, Ceramics

Export Commodities Fair Pazhou Complex) located by the Pearl River with beautiful
landscapesand convenient traffic network around it, is at present the biggest,the most
