If you book our vacation home a year ahead and paid for, we will reserve the place and take the same rate of current year. You own your time. So, you can use it, gift it, donate it or rent it. But, if you don’t want to be involved in renting….... You are a busy person.  You barely have enough time to go on vacation or You change your business plan, we will rent it for you and send you a check.
